INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:Heat or cool the BodyICE®Woman range as per the following instructions.

COLD THERAPY:Place in freezer withoutdisposable sleeves forapproximately 2 hoursor submerge in icy wateruntil desired temperatureis achieved.

HEAT THERAPY:Submerge in hot water without disposable sleeves or microwave for the suggested times below. Heat in additional 5-second increments until desired temperature is achieved. Always test temperature before application.

•700 Watt Microwave: 20 seconds

•1000 Watt Microwave:15 seconds

•1200 Watt Microwave:10 seconds

Slip on the protective,disposable sleeves providedand place directly on breastsinside bra or directly on theperineal area. Apply for themedically recommended timeof 20 minutes. Wait untilthe skin returns to normaltemperature before reapplying.

CLEANING:Wash with warm soapy water.
